ALUMINUM ACOUSTIC PANELS
The constantly growing traffic and industrial noise related to the development of road and railway infrastructure and large-scale industrial parks forces us to use increasingly new solutions to protect against it. To meet this challenge, Flora Bis Sp. z o. o. created ALUMET.aluminum acoustic panels
Alumet 1 – absorbing on one side,
Alumet 2 – insulating on both sides,
Alumet 3 – absorbing on both sides.
The Alumet 1 acoustic absorbing panel is made of two profiled aluminum sheets, including the front perforated one, Alumet 2 is made of two profiled non-perforated aluminum sheets, Alumet 3 is made of two profiled perforated aluminum sheets, mounted on two special profiles: upper and lower, which have specially shaped sockets to stabilize acoustic layers inside the panel and are profiled in a way that allows them to be connected in the so-called “tongue and groove”. The color of the panel is determined by the Ordering Party using the RAL palette. Alumet aluminum panels are equipped with side seals that stabilize the panels in HEB/HEA 160 poles.

Technical parameters of panels:
Panel thickness: 125 mm intended for installation in HEA/HEB 160 poles. When installing in poles larger than HEB/HEA 160, we use spacers.
Panel height: 500 mm
Panel length: up to 5,000 mm
The panels have Technical Approval No. AT/2013-02-2987 issued by the Road and Bridge Research Institute in Warsaw and a CE certificate confirmed by a report of the TSUS institute – Building Testing and Research Institute In Bratislava.
The modularity of the system allows you to combine panels with other varieties, e.g. Green Wall, wooden or transparent panels. Thanks to the low weight of the panels, their assembly (inserting between previously installed poles) can be done manually without the need to use a crane or HDS. The Alumet 2 aluminum acoustic panel is used as a reflective panel
