The green wall-type noise barriers manufactured by our company bear the designation Flora C, and are of type C3, C4, C5 and C6; these are some of the most popular solutions of panels used to construct noise barriers providing shielding from transportation and industrial noise.
The panel is constructed out of a steel frame made of cold-bent C-profiles. A mesh of 6 mm rods, with a cell size of 150 x 150 mm, or of 8 mm rods with a cell diameter of 200 x 200 mm, is welded to the frame. All steel components are corrosion-protected by galvanisation to a mean thickness of 90 μm (with possible painting to any RAL colour). Inside, there are two layers of noise insulation wool with a suitable thickness and density, separated by a concrete panel. The green (or any other) colour is provided by a PE mesh and technical fabric placed between the steel mesh and the wool.
The panels hold a Polish National Technical Assessment, no. IBDiM-KOT-2020/ 0441, issue 1, issued by the Polish Road and Bridge Research Institute of Warsaw, and CE certification supported by a report of the Bratislava Building Testing and Research Institute of Slovakia.
Our offer includes single- and double-sided absorbing panels.

Technical parameters of panels
- Panel thickness: 129 mm designed mainly for mounting in HEB/HEA 160/180 poles. When mounting in poles larger than HEB/HEA 180, we use spacers.
- Panel height: up to 4 000 mm
- Panel length: up to 6 000 mm
Fire reaction classification per PN-EN 13501-1+A1:2010 – D-s1, d0 (low flammability), as standard panels hold class 2 resistance to vegetation fires pursuant to standard PN-EN 1794-2:2011.
A great advantage of green wall noise barriers is their structure, allowing the planting of the barrier with climbing plants and the modularity of the system, allowing one to join panels with other types, e. g. aluminium, wooden or transparent ones.
